How do I remove a Virus:DOS/SSR.gen from my PC?

I've scanned my computer with Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware and they didn't find it. It's in my file:C:\Windows\Prefetch\HPQTOASTER.EXE-… Only Microsoft Security Essentials has found it, and it's recommended option of removal is "Disinfect but when I try it I get an error code.
