The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale - Culinary Arts?

I am trying to help my older brother look at colleges. Is this a good school? He wants to go to FL, for college. I am trying to tell him to go to CIA, but he doesn't want to go. What are the requirements to get into CIA, the website does not help. He makes average grades. Same Question with The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale. Is there any other good culinary schools in FL? Any other info on the school, would be helpful. I will forward this information to him. Thanks!
