What is a creative saying for a birthday card for my mom.?

My friend Sarah made my mom a card that said "I don't like green eggs and ham. I don't like Sam I Am. But who do I like?" on the outside then on the inside it said "I like Pam!" because Pam is my mom's name. Well, I don't want Sarah so have a better card than I did for my own mom. I'm kind of desperate here. Can you think of something for me to use please!!?!?!?!?
