What can i add to this introduction paragraph to make it better?
On no previous account have I ever encountered a book that captivated me like that of Kurt Vonnegut’s Cat’s Cradle. I read all of it but a chapter or so at one sitting. It was a remarkable experience. On the surface, it was a story about a hazardous substance born out of science that destroyed the world. On a deeper level, Vonnegut reproached mankind for its brutal imprudence as well as technology for its sinister effects on society. Before even reading the novel, I had similar ideas that resided within my philosophy. However, after reading Cat’s Cradle, the magnitude to which I believed those thoughts was greatly amplified.
