Why not schedule upper castes HinduS AS THE "SCHEDULED CASTES'?

Why not upper castes amongst Hindus in India and other countries be called scheduled castes henceforth? The constitution is a dynamic tool and must be modified to suit the present requirement. As Manuwad is irrevalent so is the certain provisions in the constitution. The word 'SCHEDULED CASTE " is causing much heart burn amongst youths . There is requirement that the ; UPPER CASTE HINDUS " are designated as the 'SCHEDULED CASTES " for a reasonable period of time. The BC/OBC s meanwhile can be termed as the General castes with all other conditions remain unchanged.
