Has anyone had a prolapsed rectum during childbirth?

With my son, I was in labor for 3 days and pushed hard for 2 hours..he weighed 9.5 lbs and during pushing, my rectum first prolapsed and then I proceeded to tear straight through ( and )..so sorry, TMI, I know! I am now pregnant with my second and due in Feb. My question is, does anyone know if because this prolapse and tear happened once, am I more likely to experience it again? Obv, I will be asking my midwife the same question, but am curious about others' experiences. Thanks a lot!
