Locked out of my phone, HELP!!!?

my girlfriend tried to be nosey when i was sleeping but she couldnt get ped the pattern lock i had set . My phone goes into lockdown mode after so many wrong attempts. Now its asking for my google username but i cant remember it. ive tried the google help site without any luck. does anyone know how i can get my google username or how else to unlock my phone? its the CAPTIVATE BY SAMSUNG. TY
