On my lower right abdomen right by my appendix it is throbbing and feels very tight. Do i have appendicitis?

Sounds like it may be a muscle does it hurt to stretch a appendicitis symptoms are like severe awful pain in right of stomach you can press on it and when you let off it will hurt awful thats how you know also you could start vomiting and it looks like coffee grain that's another symptom
