I find that shouting is very stressful, especially when I'm in the middle of it. From time to time, there will be a loud quarrel between family members and I. Most of those times, I feel on edge, and emotional. Enough that I have to remove myself from the situation. At other times, when I am aggravated and end up shouting at someone, I then feel guilty and stressed about what I had just done. I'm put on edge a lot, and don't know if I just have anger issues. Opinions? Answers?
