Will My Frog Survive?

I came home and my cat had jumped up and knocked my brothers frog bowl off the ledge. He saved one frog but thought the cat had eaten the other one. I came home about thirty minutes later and found the other frog shriveled on the floor, but still alive. I put him in some water immediatley but he doesnt look so good. He is so shriveled that he cant really move. Will he live?
