Lower side hurts real bad what could it be?

my lower side like a little bit under my hip going all the way around to the right side of my back and it hurts when i move around. what could it be? i went a peed but tht didnt help at all. what could i be?? i dont think its my appendix cuz im not vomitting! helpp! no sarcasam or rudeness please! its serious.

You should ask Brianna for her phone number or ask if she has a facebook.
