Okay I need help with my senior project?

First what is a cover page and bibliography ? How do I tend on doing that and what kind of stuff do I need to have to do it? I am cyber schooled so it will be basicaly on the computer. I'm doing my report on Animal Cruelty and Animal Abuse. So if anyone could answer this question please do so. And I also need to know if a rough draft is hand written ONLY or can I also type it? Also if you don't know the answer please don't just guess. It's really important that I p my Senior Project! Thank You.
