It's about a girl named Melanie who just moved to Montana, and begins to think that the legends about an abusive husband who strangles his wife. and the husband's ghost thinks that she's the wife, and he stalk her. So, she befriends her lab patrner who was once attacked by Lucas ( the husband) and they approach him and try to force him out of the house.
